What to Expect when You're Not expecting!
on a Hayokey Pokey Medicine Journey

On a Hayokey Pokey Medicine Journey we invite intuition and play magic to gently guide us on your heartsouls deepest quests...
Below is a detailed description of what to expect when you're not expecting on a Hayokey Pokey Medicine Journey. If you are way more into the unexpected/surprise version of this list, feel free to skip it and reach out via txt to 206-852-4642 for next steps...
Part 1: Upon reading this lengthy list, you are feeling any number of the following: excited, terrified, daring, inspired, desperate, hopeful, a little sparkle in your chest, or belly, or bum....etc. etc. and you follow the message button down below or text 206-852-4642 to express your sincerest interest.
Part 2: The exchanges that transpire thereafter are our dowsing for clues as to what has brought us together, clues that might inspire more direct guidance and further recommended actions, ritual inspirations, a meeting place, all that lends to the magicaliscious unfolding of Part 3.
We will maybe only meet here, in the 77.7th websysphere, share stories, inspirations, words of encouragement and support.
Or perhaps you and I will feel naturally called to meet toe to toe, nose to nose,
out in the Wild World!
Part 3: The most Unexpected adventure...unfolds...
Now, Whether together or out on you Wild own
Here are our hayoKey ingredients!
Presence~ nose wriggles, breath, a moment of quiet, feeling in
Weaving the Seekers tale~ We begin to clarify the essence of a theme we are holding, healing or other intention, Hartseed that is Calling for tending or tickling. Sometimes, we are just hearing the Hayokey call and it is more of a Surprise Adventure! We don't know where or why it is leading, but there is something drawing us together in that moment, so we open ourselves up to being taken on a journey by our secret soul yearnings and their guides.
Reaching~Now for a moment of touching tree, acknowledging the great We. I like to express to my fellow seekers that I don't come alone, I bring a Soul full of Community with me wherever I roam, and so do you~ so taking time to feel into that beautiful community (spirit guides, nature allies, ancestors, Big Love and all the ways it surrounds and supports us).
Receiving~So within that presence of intention and welcoming, we start to receive and that reception can look like a lot of things~ an impulse to move in a certain direction, something catches our eye/ear and draws us into its medicine, a story, ritual, game, playful incantation, retrieval, inner voyage invitation, song, question comes to us...
I prefer to schedule luscious time for these journeys of 2-3 hours so we can completely soak into the moment.
Also, before leaving our homes, I recommend we each ask if anything wants to come with us. Again, this is an intuitive thing, you'll just get a lil feeling inside about some whatnot and know it's meant to come along, even if you have no idea why.
Transparency and Vulnerability~ All feelings that arise along the way are more than welcome, they're precious and major allies on our journey. Just knowing that a little light or play is available when the time is ripe, we might be a bit braver to venture into some pretty scary, sad, or lusciously dark territory. The transparency bit is there to invite we be in open communication about any dissonance as well as resonance that shows up in our mind, body, spirit throughout.
Completion~ Treasures Abound! and there will come a time in the journey where one or both of us senses our days adventure is complete. Depending on the nature of our dive, we each may need to take some extra nectary care afterwards, have tea and soulfood, get extra rest, divine some special honoring or further integration rituals to perform in the week(s) following etc.
Gratitude~ After our session is complete we'll take time to thank all the helping spirits, seen and unseen, that supported our journey.
If in the following days/weeks after our session you feel my allyship was a meaningful gift in your life, I would love to hear how, and share your testimonial with others curious about Hayokey Pokey medicine.
If you feel inspired to show gratitude financially, donations are welcome via Cash, Paypal, Venmo and Zelle. Financial donations help support my continued devotion to this service passion and basic needs stability (Suggested $60-100 per hour). I am also a Big fan of Love cooked meals and any other ways your heart feels called to say thanks. 💝
